QRyde CEO Meets with MDOT Providers

On September 17, 2019, QRyde/HBSS held meetings at Jackson Medical Mall Foundation. Our Founder and CEO, Himanshu Bhatnagar started the meeting promptly at 2:00pm welcoming Atesa Mckinney (Jackson Medical Mall Foundation), Lori Greer (Jackson Medical Mall Foundation), Shirley Wilson (Mississippi Department of Transportation), Sheletta Buckley (South Central Community Action Agency), Nicholas Ross (South Central Community Action), Mary Griffin (Bolivar County Council on Aging), Chelsea Crittle (Central Mississippi Planning Development District), and Sharon Dallas (City of Jackson).
Himanshu updated the agencies on new updates to the QRyde system. This meeting’s primary focus was on the electronic signature function and reporting requirements for MDOT and CMPDD. Next, the providers reviewed a demo that was presented by Vikash, one of our application engineers. This gave us an opportunity to hear from the providers directly, as to what is working for them in QRyde. A Q&A session followed the demo, including some great questions asked about our multiple trip function, by Nicholas Ross (SCCAA).
We will continue to provide ongoing demos to the providers in MS showcasing upcoming updates throughout the month of October 2019.
